Who it is for
Adults and children with earache or the signs of an ear infection. The pharmacist will look in the ear and decide whether treatment is suitable or whether you should see a GP.
What happens at your appointment
We start with a short, private chat about your health, any medicines you take and any allergies, so we can check the service is right for you.
The pharmacist examines the ear with an otoscope, explains what they find, and supplies treatment if it is appropriate, with advice on what to do if things do not improve.
