Through the NHS Pharmacy Contraception Service, Wargrave Pharmacy can supply the contraceptive pill, whether you are starting it for the first time or continuing a pill you already take, without needing to see your GP.
Who it is for
Anyone who would like to start or continue oral contraception. Our pharmacist will check it is suitable for you and, if it is, supply it on the NHS.
What happens at your appointment
A private consultation with the pharmacist, including a blood pressure check and a few questions about your health. If the pill is right for you, it is supplied there and then, with advice on taking it and what to look out for.
